Planning areas efficiently

Blanket market data coverage

We derive our data from multifarious sources. These include statistics from offices at national, state and municipal level, economic institutions, business associations and market research, to name but a few.

The aim is always to depict the data throughout the area in question. This could be any geographic area, such as administrative district, community or post code area, or within towns for statistical boroughs and fine-scale residential areas and post quarters down to house level.

Microgeographic database thanks to LOCAL®

We were the first company in Germany to start to record and utilise microgeographic data. Nexiga can nowadays draw on one of the most comprehensive systems for providing precise local information with its LOCAL® Haus application. Over 100 features with a total of 500 characteristics are available for every building in Germany.

We continuously update our address register and all the addresses of buildings verified from official or postal sources are localised and geo-referenced. There are currently over 22 million addresses in the LOCAL® database.
